Faith, my foundation that drives my reality  Faith gives me the strength to keep showing up and believing that I will see the results by staying on course and staying disciplined .. take the steps toward health through obedience..nothing is impossible.  My mountain my obstacle of loosing weight can be moved through my faith to continue to fill myself with the compatible tools to reach the goal despite what you see on the scale . Stay the course so you can have the final word. 

I was watching @JourneywithSal and his scale is constantly fluctuating like mine. I wanted to scream to him and tell him to stay consistent, get up, you'll eventually see the results , know that you are 1% better than what you was the day before ..stay the course and CONTROL the CONTROLLABLE ...

Grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference
