What keeps me motivated

  • Vlogging my thoughts
  • reading other people post
  • watching you tube videos of people who are loosing weight
  • My kids and my family

This is not an over night fix, its a life long journey with ups and downs. I would like to be one of those people that count calories and meal prep and are super duper discipline.I'm not . I've tried , meaning I bout the containers and the weight scale and the apps. I just never really used it.

Do's and Dont's

  • Don't eat at Night
  • Don't turn into a cow and graze all day ( thats what put my weight back on)
  •  Don't over indulge in breads and chips ( these things don't make me sick so I have to limit the intake)
  • Do the gym daily and drink lots of water
  • Do take your vitamins
  • Do weigh yourself Daily ( and use the app to look back at your progress)
  • Do motivate your daughter just by your actions ( I love my child )
  • Do listen to positive affirmations and remember your why ( for myself and my children)
