first day at the gym today!!!

I am happy to announce I finally made it to the gym and I worked out for about an hour. It felt good that I was able to handle the tredmill without pain and extreme exaustion, and I was even keeping up with the lady on my side. In the gym they have windows that you can see your reflection and I didn't recognize myself and yesterday I went to the store and they have a camera that has a back view and I finally I was ok with what I was looking at.
