So my appointment with Dr. Birch went well on Monday. It took 12 extra weeks and a lot of hard work but I did everything he asked of me and he officially signed off on my surgery! I cried a lot and the whole thing was so emotional for me and it seemed like when I started with the tears I could not stop. Dr. Birch wants me to do the shakes for 3 weeks before surgery so he had my dietician come talk with me about it. She said I will be having my surgery within 3-4 weeks and started me on the shakes yesturday.I know I have been waiting for 14 months but all of a sudden it seemed to be happening so fast.
Well it is time for another shake...
