Someone at work gave me a tub of Casein protein. I have always used Whey protein and looked it up online and it looks pretty similar just your body takes it in different. Has anyone used this? Should I just throw it away or give it a try?

Hi all! I had my sleeve surgery almost 6 years ago and after a very rough start because I was bleeding internally I lost 100 pounds. I felt great and was so grateful that I had the surgery and was the smallest I have ever been at 130 lbs and a size 2.
