YAY!!! The scale has finally moved.

I am happy to announce that my damn scale has finally moved by two pounds.I now have 25 pounds left to go til I get to my goal of 150.
This may seem minor to some, but I have been on a plateau from hell for a while.
I now have to change things up with my exercise.
Getting to goal come hell or high water.
