Never Give Up

Jun 03, 2026

Hi everyone,

First off, I want to apologize for being a bit quiet on here lately. Life has been a total whirlwind between keeping up with my job and taking care of my children. Balancing work and family doesn't leave a lot of extra hours in the day, but I've been thinking about this community a lot.

I’m still here, and I’m still fighting.

Right now, I am heavily focused on finding the right weight loss surgery to use as the tool I need to reclaim my health. I'm not going to sugarcoat it: carrying a weight of over 500 pounds is a living nightmare. It is exhausting, it is painful, and it is flat-out not fun. It can feel like you're trapped in your own real-life horror movie sometimes.

But today, I wanted to log on and share a message for anyone out there who is in the same boat as me: **Do not give up.**

When you are facing a mountain this big, searching for the best medical option can feel overwhelming. It takes time, research, and a lot of patience to find the right surgical tool for your body. But we cannot stop reaching for that better option.

We need to keep pushing because we deserve to live the life we were truly meant to live. I have so many dreams, so many goals, and so much life left to enjoy with my kids. Weight might be holding us back right now, but it doesn't get to have the final say.

If you're struggling today, take a deep breath and keep moving forward. We are stronger than the nightmare.

Stay strong, keep searching, and have a beautiful week!
