Dr. Bilof is a wonderful doctor. He gives a aChristmas party every year for his patients. I think that is wonderful.You should see the looks on some of his patients. They look so skinny and happy. I know if They feel like I do they are well content with their new bodies. Any, I would like to acknowledge Dr. Bilof and his staff and his beautiful wife. The are a true pair.

I had my second consult with plastic surgeon Dr. Lalla and decided to get my tt on january 12, 2009. I am so excited  the cost of the sergery is $7000.00. I wish I had enough money for my breast as well but a flat belly would make me happy. Buying a better bra can help my breast they are not all that large anymore just sag a little. Who cares. Noone but my husband is going to look anyway.  

I had a dr visit on 8/14/08 and lost 4 pounds 175 was quite happy. I guess that wii fit game does work. Now I am seeking plastic surgery tt and breast lift. Any one with suggestions or horror stories let me know. I am happy with my band talk to you soon. 

Hello everyone I am happy and look fabulous. I went to the doctor on June 12, 2008 and I did not gain or lose weight which is a plus. I am 175-178 at any given day but I still feel good. If I lost anoth 10 pounds I would be happier but I am happy where I am at. I wear a size 12 sometimes a 10. Being a ten would be better for me. My skin is not sagging a lot that is due to the slow lost of lab band. My eating habits are somewhat the same but every now and then I eat bad but will not allow myself to overeat. Of course the band won't allow me to. I have had a lot of good solid friendships in my life but never one that helps me like banny. That my new name for her (the Band). Just wanted to update all that peruse my blog. Oh, How long dooes the band work. I need success stories. This is one issue that bothers me.  

April 17, 2008 I went for a doctors visit. My weight was the same. Did not lose or gain. It is a struggle to keep food out of my mouth but I work hard toward looking and feeling good. My moods always changing. Sometimes I am happy I decided to get the band and other days I am afraid that I would gain the weight back. It is a good thing to see the doctor often because I dont want to make him mad at me. But on a brighter side I am happy with the weight loss. Another 15 pounds and my goal will be met. Today I am 173.0 Tommorrow I might be 175. That stupid scale keep playing tricks with me. Oh well I guess I am just blabbering. I love my band today tommorrow and yesterday. Glad I had surgery. Thank you Dr Bilof 

I feel really good about my weight loss but Since I lost the initial weight the rest is hard to come off. Maybe because I don't excercise I don't know. I have a lot of constipation and am worried about this. Fortunately I changed the way I eat. I have less sweets than ever before. So far I have lost 66 pounds and I am happy. Before my 1 year anniversary I would like to shed 10 pounds more. I guess if I work hard this can happen. I started a 240 at 5'8" size 22 and miserable as heck. Now I am 175-177 Size 12 and I feel good. Soon I will post my pictures. I can now run jump skip hop and not get tired. What a good feeling. I can even think better. April I have another doctor appointment. There I will ask doctor bilof to give me another fill. This would be my second fill. It was not painful at all but I think I need it soon. To all my fellow bandsters keep hope alive and lose to win.   

I have lost 7 pounds since last doctors visit. I was happy about that. Tues February 19, 2008 I will have anothe fil. It would mean that 10 day restricted liquod diet again. Boy do I dread that. So far I am happy with my weight loss. To date I am down 64 pounds. I was routing to have lost 70 pounds maybe next month I will fulfill this goal. Please all pray for me I need strength.

Today I have an appointment to see the doctor since my last fill in December The scale said I weight 173 pounds this morning. I hope the doctor office said the same. My band is wonderful. Most of my weight fell off in the first 4 months and I have not lost much of anything since. If I step up my exercise I am sure the weight would start to disappear. Wish me luck all who view.  

I hate thanksgiving. Had a doctors appointment 12/4/07 and I gained 4 pounds. well it's official I shall have my first fill. The holiday food was enjoyable but not at the cost of gaining weight. I lovee my size 12 and would not trade it for a nice piece of steak and onions on a pile of buttery mashed potatoes with gravy circling the sides of the plate. Well I am trying to lose 20 more pounds bringing me to 157. Wow I am happy and I try not to beat myself up when I cheat for one day.
