Four years out- April 23rd

I can't believe its been 4 years this month  142lbs lighter WOW. I have to say, I am very proud of my self and everyone that has been thru this journey. Good luck to all the newbies who are just starting their journey and to remember to work your tool and educate yourself, this is not a quick fix.
