Holidays are over...time to concentrate on healthy livin!!

Yea the stress of the holidays are over...now it's time to work on the healthy way of living. Last night I walked 1.25 miles on my treadmill.........YEAAAAAAAAA!!
I need to get used to this healthy way of living before my surgery, so when surgery comes and goes, I wont feel depressed or deprived of certain foods, because my body hopefully will be used to eating good!!!
