It is a long process, dealing with some insurances. I just kept pushing, making sure everything was submitted & I kept calling until I got an answer. But please don't give up, it sounds like you & I have alot in common medically. I just don't see how they can not approve you. You are in my prayers & I'm here if you need help or someone to talk to.
