Hi George! Good luck, hon, on your surgery. I am fairly newly postop...had my surgery Dec 16th and at my age, (55) I am thankful for every pound...so far I have lost 40 pounds. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs, Betsy

Just remember, you are always in HIS hand. I believe that you will be on your way to your surgery in no time at all. You have all of us here on the Virginia Board pulling for you. George, Good luck on the surgery and the sugar control. I to am a diabetic and had to make sure that my sugar was under 250 before surgery. I have not a one pill since I went into surgery. I was on 5 a dayand it wasn't controlling my sugar. But now it is under contol. This is the best thing I have every done for myself and it will be the best for you to. I am 8 days out. Good luck.
