Accomplished My Goal

I accomplished and surpassed my goal.  I weight 288 pounds and now I weight 136.  My original goal was 160 pounds but really wanted 140 and suprised myself with 136 pounds now.  I was wearing a 4X - 5X Womens, now I am in a 6 pants and medium/large top.  I am so proud of myself.  Things that I can't eat now are bread products.  They acually make me sick.  I can't go to a hamberger stand and order a hamberger, I have to ask for a lettuce wrap.  I always craved bread and anything made with white flour.  Now I can't eat any thing that contains flour or yeast.  I am still losing weight and not trying to.  My meals last me for 2 meals because I can't eat alot.
