wow five years and doing great, thanks to all my friends and family

My wife Had the lap-band in July, she is doing great to. we are so happy, things are working out! 

12/23/08  I had to have a tummy tuck with a two hernias. got all done at one time, that was 12/2/08. doing great but can't go back to work for 12-15 weeks (I'm board) . I'm now down to 270#  started at 495#  merry Christmas & happy new year!

one year and doing the best ever, down to 317 doing great!!

It's funny not startting the year out,  with the old saying, I'll stay on my diet this year. I'm doing great

Things are better then I ever thought, 90#'s down and I feel great!!!

Today 7/30/07 was my first day back to work, all was great, I'm a little tierd.  but I'm happy with the day.. ONE BIG STEP:

I lost 11lbs in 4.5 days must be doing something right!

6/28/07 I'm feeling a lot better and doing more every day.   (dosn't help with a down tree in the yard, in last nights storm(fun fun))
   my new train is going down!!!(Weeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!)

Don't know what to say!  I'm 43, oversized all my life, thay called on 4-10-07 to say all was go, with the papper work, I think that was the worst, ( thay keep saying that I don't have enough papper background)  I was about to shit, I'm so HAPPY!!!  I'll see the Dr. on 4-18 to setup the testting...
