Lost 15 pounds in a month

Went to the nutritionist on 9/24 and my mouth dropped when i seen i had lost 15 pounds just from changing the way i eat and how much. I have not exercise but through my job. Im a truck driver but local so i do get in out and of my truck alot, also i walk alot into the shippers/receiver or the truck stops. I was so happy tho. I know if i can lose just from changing the way i eat i know i can really lose when i exercise . 
When i get the surgery tho i should really really lose the wight if i keep up eating right and exercising. It is not easy  changing something you been doing for almost 39 years. Takes time. Im not readt to give up all my good taste yet lol. 
They want me to use that spray stuff on my salds. I tried it but did not like it. So went back to FFF ( fat free french ) .
But for the most part i skip usually breakfast and have a protein shake. Then either a salad, fish sandsich ( premade from home not breaded) or tuna with a boiled egg and lite mayo. For supper usually fish and a cup of rice. Sometime ill cook up either a turkey roll thingy (its like a pork tenderloin) or a small pork roast. I will have half cup of instant mash potatoes and a veggie.
My bread is the 35 calorie a slice wheat. Does not taste bad at all. Nor does all the low cal stuff or skim milk. I never did mind the sugar free treats they taste like a reg treat to me.

The protein shake i found was at walmart in a 2lb tub. I mix it with about 6oz of skim milk. Not to bad either.
I am proud of myself that i have changed the way i eat. A lot less portions and healthier foods. 
Still trying to eat veggies lol . I only like lettuce,celery,french style green beans and corn. So my salads mainly have just lettuce lol but it does have some carrots ( i get the already made bags ).
Im on my way tho. Four more months with the nutritionist then hopefully my insurance wont take forever to approve me UGH!
