I've been home for 2 days now. I slept in my own bed last night. What comfort!!! All have been pretty good.A small amount of nausea right after surgery but they took care of that. I had an episode of dumping yesterday after I had to take my meds. So today, I slowed down and took one pill every 15-20 minutes. I fill really bloated but not too uncomfortable.
I've been sipping and walking. I'm loving the frozen juice and popsicles.
I think it's been smooth so far.
I had a lot of vistors at the hospital. That was cool but tiring. The staff took really good care of me. I really recommend having surgery at Inland Valley. Sleep was hard the first night with all the crap attached to me. I asked for a sleeping pill on Thursday night.
I was surprized to have a private room. I found out that all of Dr. Suh's patients have private rooms on the bariatric ward.
It was a good experience.~mo
