"I was immediately impressed by Dr. Chae's welcoming manner when I met him. He came directly to the waiting room to get me, rather than sending his nurse, which I thought was great. Dr. Chae's nurse, Della, was absolutely wonderful, she went over all of the paperwork with me, answering all of my questions, even the ones I thought were silly. I felt very supported by both Dr. Chae and Della and am very confident that they will take very good care of me during and after my surgery."
