wow, where have i been?

All over! With my "new" body and energy I've been parasailing in Hawaii, skiing in New Mexico, Theme park rides at Disney, 5 star dining where the food is the size of quarters and they make me FULL lol!

I'm 5 years 1 month post op, I lost over 100 pounds less than a year after surgery, but just like most others I have gained back 16 pounds in 5 years and I am okay with that. I'm in a size 6 (lowest was a 4)but I started in a tight size 20 so yes even after my 15 pound gain I am extremely happy with myself.

I am back on OH because I have plastics coming soon and also needed to get back to some of the beginning tips that got me where I was (the no drinking before/after rule, proteins first, etc). I needed to reconnect with other people who have gone through what I have or are going through what I am. I don't personally know any other sleevers and all the bypassers I do know have gained more than half their weight back.
