Only 9 days and that seems like forever right now. Actually, we arrive in Atlanta in 7 days, Sunday, since we are coming from way out of town. We will be staying at a hotel across from Northside hospital. I am taking my laptop to the hospital because I found out that I could and that my hospital room has wifi. Cool. My wife, Wendy, helping me with low carb ideas. I am wondering if I should start taking some of this protein shake this week. Going out for a walk when this first playoff game goes off today. Then late tonight I plan to make a second go at it. Peace, love and other nice stuff.

My surgery is coming up soon. Just ten days away. Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA. I believe in Dr Champion and I am doing the exercise he described. I just hope my pre op diet is ok. The nurse said just protein and no white vegetables or starches and basically eliminate carbs as much as possible. She said I could have fruit but I am diabetic so many fruits I usually have to avoid. Any advice? God bless you all.
