"He's a very serious person. I knew that this was a serious step I was about to take and I was glad that Dr. Averbach was a no nonsense type of person...This a life choice, not a game...Everbody to me was okay...they could have been a little more friendly....I like Dr. Averbach...have all good things to say about him...at least 4 right now...He explains all the end and outs of the surgery and the importance of the aftercare...On a scale from 1 to 10, I rate him a 9 1/2.....His surgical competence impressed me the most....."
