January 2023!!! STILL RNY

Jan 22, 2023

Greetings all!

I have remained below goal weight and found out it's what you make it as with living.

All I can say is that I'm gonna be 10 years post op RNY at the end of February 2013. Time goes on and I'm no saint, BUT the tools are a hard wired that we do to keep things on track.

No matter what you say nor what you do, you have to use all the tools all the time. There is no temporary, no obsession with finding a quicker "fix" for the health and wellness you are desiring. Your choices dictate your results. Accountability will challenge your commitment or lack of.

Yes everyone is different and their believe system will get challenged. 24/7 is the reality of a Bariatric life style change that is as said, "for the rest of your life." Being more honest  about this journey for life... being more honest that with confession with your clergyman is what it truly takes.

"There are no days off." Remember all the tools; every moment; all the time; Hydration/ vitamins for bariatric adults/ exercise/ bariatric foods/ bariatric menus/ and a ton of coping skills for all situations.

You'll have to research your personal preferences, and cut and paste someone else regimen could hurt your physical needs and not get you sustainable results. These are things to get you success and to stay successful, for the rest of your life.

Take care and be safe.
