Been a while posting - I haven't posted in a while but doing well I finally am in onderland as of today I am down 140lbs and have 30 more to lose to get to my goal Regrets none I love my rny

6 weeks out with pictures in profile - well 6  weeks out and I sure will say I love my rny,  still having problems eating and getting protein in but I know that comes with time

First NSV -  2 weeks out and rode a bike first time in 17 years felt scary at first but man it was awesome 

Swimming question -  If my incisions are healed would it be ok to go for a quick swim with the kids I been post op for a week and a half

Gas pains 3 days post op - Second day I released some gas but now nothing and I walk and sip any other suggestions as well when should I have my first bm 

I am on the bench peeps -  Surgery went by the book besides finding a vein for my IV had to be put in the neck but I not in any pain and have walked around hospital 

Today is the day -  Good morning well today is my big day it's the start of the rest of my life 

Move on over my OH buddies -  Tomorrow at 11 is my day to join you all on the bench I will post as soon as I can woohoo here I come can you read the excitment

Pre op tomorrow at st mikes - Just curious what to expect with preop appt tomorrow and how long it should take.  As well any idea of places to park where it's not so outrageous of a price

Day 8 of opti -  Down 11 lbs not finding it bad at all.  Started walking only thing is not able to sleep much. Only 11 days to go til I arrive at the bench woohoo!
