This has been an amazing year!!  I have been blessed!!  No matter how hard it's been I would do over again a million times!! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!  Good Luck to all of you who are researching and planning your surgeries!!

My whole life has always been defined by my current weight and I am beginning to think this is going to do more than help me lose and keep off weight...I think it will hopefully bring me to a point where my life is about so much more than what size I wear!  I don't want my life to be about sizes and will I gain weight or how fast can I lose some weight!  I am getting a therapist to fight this insanity asap!!  :)

I'm achy all over....is that from the rapid weight loss.... Doc seems to think its gas...  Had to return to the hospital for 3 more days bringing my hospital stay to 7 days due to developing pneumonia....I never expected the drain tube to hurt so much....he had to remove it so I could even function!...ugh.....but I feel good now except  for the achy gas-y thing!  Hoping a rough start means smooth sailing for awhile!!!  :)

A bit nervous, a bit excited, and a whole lot of calm!  Thank you my sweet precious God!!!  They really mean it when they say a peace that passes all understanding!! Please keep me in your prayers!!!  XOXOXOXOXOXO

Well got my final pre op packet in the mail today!  Blood test, EKG, and chest x-ray scripts and also the info regarding my final appointments and liquid diet protocol!  I can't believe I am down to weeks now instead of months!!!  Only five more weeks to go!!!

  I am now officially scheduled for surgery on February 10, 2010!!!!!!!!!!!!!  YAY!!!!   I have a 42 days to finish preparing my body, my mind, and my pantry for the NEW BEGINNING!!! 

The countdown has begun!!!

What a christmas gift... Got the call Tuesday and they said we would set all my final dates on Monday!!!
