So, I feel surprisingly well and think it is much easier than I anticipated.....liquid diet fun. I have dropped 7.5 lbs since I started this liquid fun house. Kinda weird to think your intestines can hold that much. lol....sorry, TMI.

Ordered all my vitamins this morning. Getting anxious!!!
