"Dr Pupkova is the best surgeon the Barix Clinic has. I was assigned to her after Dr Alan Brader left the clinic so I was a little skeptical about \"inheriting\" a new doctor. Well she put all my fears and apprehensions to rest. She explained the Lap-Band vs. Gastric Bypass in detail and I opted for Gastric Bypass because its more long term. Dr Pupkova has given my back rubs to hugs when ever I felt upset or just not feeling good. She hugs me at each Post-Op visit and tells me what a model patient I am. She encourages me and tells me to make exercise and lifelong good eating habits part of my long term goal. I am so blessed to have her as my surgeon. Anybody who picks her as her surgeon is going to be in good hands she has such healing hands and such great bedside manner. Keep up the good work!!"
