3 month mark

 Three months out and a total lose of 17 lbs.  That's little more than 5 lbs per month.  I'LL TAKE IT!!!  Had another fill of 1cc for a total of 5cc's.  not much restriction at all.  Been going to the gym 4-5 days a week early in the morning.  That's the only time i can go.  Plus I don't have to think of exercising all day.  Just need to stick to it and keep my mouth shut and pick healthy choices.  Wedding tonight so drink little, eat little and dance my ass off tonight.

first fill

 today i had my first fill w/ 4cc's.  Lost another 3 lbs so 13 lbs in 7 wks.  Not to bad.  Got to eat right, drink lots of water and avoid alcohol.  The fill felt funny but was not bad at all.

week 5

 Feel great.  could eat more and wishing for my fill!!  Down 11lbs.  got to start exercising in morning so either got to get my ass up out of bed at 6am or join the Y.  Just keep plugging along.  It will be worth it at the end.

week 3

 today is week 3.  feel ok,  can eat little more.  need to find time to drink my water.  1 protein shake a day.  have not seen my dr yet for post op.  snow storm canceled my appt.  will go next wed.  wondering when you get your first fill.  do not know how much weight i lost yet and refuse to get on my scale.  can't wait till I can exersise so it will come off faster.

 Two weeks today.  Had my post op appt today but it snowed over a foot today and they canceled my appt.  I want to know how much I lost but will have to wait 2 more weeks.  oh well.  I am starting to eat mushy food or other food and just chewing it alot.  I am still starving alot but try to forget about food and then it passes.  just got to keep it up and can't wait until i can exercise.

day 8

 Had massive gas pains on my right side last night and still feeling some pain today.  Husband took me out to a store for about 1 hour and couldn't wait to go home and lay down.  I hope I start to feel better soon.  Going back to work soon and need energy.  This all better be worth it!!!   Plan to have 2 protein shakes, chix soup, jello and protein pudding today.  But don't have much appetite right now.  Going to take a nap now. lol

day 7

 Day 7 from my sur date and finally starting to feel good.  Ate my first cup of blended chicken soup.  Little tired today because yesterday i did alot around the house.  Today i am relaxing.  just finished my protein shake with was made up of 1 scoop choc protein powder, 1/2 banana,  scoop of greek yogurt and skim milk.  yum yum.  will go to Dr in 1 wk for my first weight in.  I am soooooo nervous about that.  I know it will take time!!! don't GIVE UP!!!!  you can do it.
