Just starting out!

I am three weeks post - op and I am just starting to feel the hunger people are talking about!  I have decided to increase my protein intake and start my exercise program!  I still have not seen my doctor yet.  They didn't give me an appointment until 12/09/09!  I hope they will schedule a fill soon after that!  I was very happy with my Thanksgiving day!  I did not over eat and did not feel deprived of anything.  Overall it was a sucessful Holiday!
