Hi and thanks for stopping by! Just want to report that I'm doing well -- down almost 47 pounds, many inches and from a size 26W to a 22W. I got into a pair of size 20 khakis over the weekend -- they were tight but wearable
I've had a few rough spots. Gas and abdominal pain is still an issue. I'm trying not to obsess about carbs, BUT I find my loss stops if I get over 50 in a single day. Trying just to relax and keep doing things I need to succeed! Drinking my water, getting in my vitamins/supps, struggling to get in 100 g of protein each day. I can comfortably get 60-70 grams but that last 30 is tough for me!
Not sure my cognitive functions are back at 100%. My DH continues to be SO supportive and loving, I'm very Blessed.
I've made some very good friends on the DS sites -- and am thrilled to have found a local support group of DSers!
Working out (out of fear not the love of it!) to try and keep up with excess skin. I know I won't make it to goal without some, but I hope to minimize it.
Birthday is 2 months away -- I'm hoping to be at 250 and at that point --it's aggressive (21 pounds each of the next 2 months) -- but I'm up for the challenge and going to work it hard!
