HELLO EVERYONE JUST A QUICK UPDATE, I KNOW I HAVENT BEEN ON HERE IN A LONG TIME, ALL IS GOOD AND CONTINUES TO GO GREAT, I WAS APPROVED FOR THE TUMMY TUCK, MY SURGERY DATE IS MAY 7TH. I WILL TRY TO GET BACK ON BEFORE THEN, BUT AS ALL OF YOU KNOW LIFE HAPPENS....

Hello How is everyone? Well lets see where shall I start, I stay busy with 4 kids and work and enjoying my hubby being home as much as he can be, he will deploying back to Iraq in july so I still have a little while but just knowing that he is going kinda sucks!! It will be his 5th tour in 7yrs every odd year he has gone! As for me and the surgery thus far things are going smoothly, I seem to loosing really slow but its all in good time I am trying to be patient some days I get really bummed because I am not loosing but then I just keep moving on....I am working for Aafes on post, I love the job and the customers are awesome, we just got a new manager so alot of things have changed, but for the most part its fun!!!!! My DH is having surgery next week on his neck and shoulder so I will be busy with him and the kids go back to school this friday , my youngest is going to Pre-K I am so sad but excited for her at the same time. So if you dont here from me in a while, its not because I dont love you all it's just life has me very busy!!!!!!! Talk to you all soon!! Lots of Love chelle

Hello everyone,
Sorry I havent updated or written back, I have been busy. Well I hit a little bump in the road but not too major, I found out last week that I am allergic to the sutures on the inside of my stomach and had a leak in my incision, I went to the doctor and he said that I had an allergic reaction to the sutures. Needless to say he gave me a shot in my incision twice and then cut about 5-6 inches down and popped the fluid built up and now my DH has to pack it with gauze 3xs a day, what fun, not..lol Well wanted to update you guys on everything I go back saturday morning and see my doc again I go twice a week 52 miles away...but its ok because other than that I am healthy and happy I love my RNY!!! Well it has been a week for me, I had my open RNY wow that was a shocker, but I am making it day  by day, and I have to say I absolutely love my doctor he is awesome and I thank God every day for him and his knowledge, there are some days I question what I have done and that is only because of the pain I know once I get through this part I will be great full, don"t get me wrong I am now!! I am still struggling with the protein, but doesn't everyone at some point and time...LOL  I have met some wonderful people on this Journey and hope that we will continue our journey together, which i am sure we will! The hospital stay is vague I slept I think two days away...lol and then the walking sipping more walking and more sipping...lol but all and all things are good and life is beautiful, much love to you all and best wishes to you all!!!!

I got a date my surgery is May 12th , hard to believe all of this is going so fast. I just seen my surgeon Saturday the 26th of April and I am already approved. I have cried, laughed & not stopped smiling yet Not that smiling is a good thing!!!! lol I want to thank all of you beautiful people for all  your support !!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

YAYYYY!!!!!! I GOT A CALL FROM DR. WARNOCKS THIS MORNING AND I HAVE AN APPT. THIS SATURDAY FOR MY CONSULT INSTEAD OF MAY 20TH, THAT IS SUPER DUPER NEWS ....LOL.....I JUST WANTED TO SHARE WITH ALL MY NEW OH FRIENDS!!! HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!!!

Today I seem to be having some anxiety about all thats to come, I am trying so hard to be patient , for I know all good things come to those that wait., But golly gee....lol I am so excited and nervous all in one about having my consult and knowing the next step if I am gonna make it to the next level or be turned down, I always try to stay positive and keep the FAITH, well I just needed to talk this out or guess you would say type this out...lol

   It has taken me a couple of days to get this all going, I am looking forward to meeting new people on my new journey....
Well I will have my first consult with Dr. Warnock of Whicita Texas on May 20th 2008. Not to sure what to expect other than alot of questions and explaining of the types of surgeries and so on, I am super excited!!!!
