Here Goes Nothing

I have  alot of things going on in my life, I am being pulled in so many different ways. But one thing tht is not leaving my side is my weight. This struggle is consuming me.  I want to one day just maintain, but that is not going on in my world. So I am going to rededicate myself to myself. I need to thnk of me, My health, my life. Starting at 0500 on 3/23/08, I am not going to promise myself anyhting, I m just going to redecidate every day and put me first.
