I can honestly say I am proud of this week.  Not to give TMI, but it's that time of month and usually i show a water gain, but I guess working out has alleviated that, or I actually lost more, but may still have some water retention.  I'm also happy about the inches I've lost more than the weight itself.  This proves I'm becoming a fat burning machine (haha).  I don't recall losing inches so quickly before, but I guess I'm doing things right.  Again, just to reiterate, I'm just doing 1500-2000 calories a day and working out 5 days a week on my elliptical machine.  I log on MyFitnessPal and wear my fitbit to keep focus as well as weight myself regularly.  That's it. And it's working.  I don't feel like I'm starving.  I can eat more variety and have so much more energy.  I can have a peanut butter sandwich for only 120 calories for the whole sandwich (1 serving of PB fit(50 calories) and 2 slices of 35 calorie Aunt Millies Honey Wheat Bread.  And it doesn't taste like diet food.  It's just me making healthier choices and still having more options.  Again, once this stops working, I may tweak this, and will let you know.  I can say that I am moving around with less discomfort and feel a tons more energy.  Also, for those of you who need to know what to do about a killer sweet tooth, I discovered Halo Top Ice cream.   It's low calories and has a good amount of protien in it with some fiber. Some of the flavors are bland, but my favorites are birthday cake and the mint chocolate chip.  It's very pricey, and some are less than 300 calories per PINT,,,yes, per pint,,,,and a pint has 4 servings....so, not bad at all, and no, I don't recommend eating it in one sitting at all, but I can have a serving of ice cream and not feel guilty about it just to get that craving out of the way and know I still got protien and fiber in.  It doesn't taste like Artic Zero or gross or anything.  I had the pistachio flavor and that was kinda flavorless.  Well, here's to another successful week, and I wish all of you good luck and the best with what you are doing.  Remember, we aren't all alike, what works for others may not work for you, and vice versa.  I am not pushing how I do things on others, because it's a long and hard process and I respect whatever may work for you.  As long as we can support each other in our journey, that's what matters.  Good luck everyone.
