Today is my last Dr's visit of my 6 month diet.  I wonder if it matters that I've not lost a single pound in these 6 months?  I sure hope not!!!  I don't wanna do another 6 months.  My body is wore out and I"m ready to get this weight off.  I just need a little help getting it done.  Please pray that I get approved!!!

I'm working on my last visit for the 6 month diet.  October 20th will be the last one and then I can get all submitted to the insurance.  It's very scary and exciting at all one time.  I think my BIGGEST fear with this surgery is what do I eat afterwards?  I don't want to throw up all the time and I don't want to not eat enough or get enough protein cause I sure don't wanna lose my hair.  I hope that everything just falls into place.

Can anyone give me some hints on what to do to get ready for the surgery?

I had a minor problem with my dr visits.  Evidentally, I missed my dr's visit in March.  So, I had to start overy from April.  I've got to do September and October now and then I can get approval from insurance. 

The closer it gets, the more scared I become.  I'm scared of what's going to happen afterwards.  What do I eat?  What if I eat the wrong thing?  I don't want to throw up all the time.  If, anyone can help kind of calm those fears, please give me some advise!!!!
