I am a 29 year old wife and mother of three beautiful children. Like most people, I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I have yo-yo'd up and down so many times, and I am to the point where I just don't think that I can suffer another let down. I am tired of beating myself up about the way I look. I always feel like everyone is staring at me and thinking about how HUGE I am. I recently went to my 10 year high school reunion, and I felt large and in charge. It was awful.
I am ready for a change. If I can be a healthier and happier person, then I'm all in.
