My name is Stacey, and Im the mother of 3. Two girls and one boy--what a handful. I've been married for 19 years to a wonderfully supportive husband. I wouldn't trade any of them for the world. By trade, I am an LPN, but because of an injury (and my weight Im sure) I had to stop nursing for a while. Now I have a sit down job and UPS--good job but not my calling. Im hoping after wls I can go back to nursing and get my RN. My sister had wls in 2007 and is doing fantastic, so she is my mentor. I know Im in good hands, and I couldn't be prouder of her. It took my one year to get approved by my ins. company, but that was ok because I didn't know if I was ready, now I know I am. I know this is going to be a struggle everyday, but I cannot wait to start this journey. As my sister says, one day at a time....
