Stacie congratulations on your surgery and thankyou for supporting me as well. I think it's special that we have the same surgery date. I don't know what time yours is, but I'll be thinking of you when I go in at 11:00 am Ohio time. I like how you put it. It's "OUR NEW BIRTHDAY"! That's Awesome! Good Luck!

Friday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. Stacie, we are getting closer to the loser's bench. I am excited for the both of us. Congratulations for your fast approaching date. I still can't believe that my date is next week (Tuesday). I am getting a little nervous, but more anxious. See ya on the loser's side! Have a speedy recovery and may God watch over you! Take care and keep in touch! :0)

Congrats on your WLS date. Thank you for your support. I was reading your story and it is true. It seems like some people are happier when they are not going to be in competition with someone else. Some even only hang with people that will give them no competition. A friend is a friend for no other reason than being a friend and true friends come with no conditions. The skinny friend is probably jsut mad cause she sees the beauty in you already and realizes that you will be even more beautiful and the other is just mad cause her own insurance doesn't cover it. Just because they are hating dont let them steal your joy. Keep your head up. When you make it to the finish line look up and look back to see who your real friends are.
