Moved and need support.....

Hello.  I haven't posted on here in a long time.  I had reached my goal of 170 but have gained back 28 lbs.  I have recently moved to Raleigh, NC to be closer to my only daughter after being laid off in NY.  It is difficult to meet new people.  I have tried striking up conversations with people but friendships take time.  I find myself sitting around and of course...nibbling on things that I shouldn't be.  I am 47 and don't want to crowd my daughter so I find myself alone alot.  If anyone in Raleigh is reading this (male, female...anyone) don't hesitate to contact me to get together.  I need to get out and do things before I go crazy.  I would love to volunteer during the holidays if anyone knows of organizations that need help.  I also need to find a support group.  I live in the N.
