Halfway there

Today is the halfway point of my weight loss goal. I started out at 305 and have a goal of 180. My halfway point is 242.5 or 62.5 pounds. Actually, I was at 242.6, but I guess that is close enough. I know that the second half may not go as fast, but I know if I continue to do the things I am doing, I will be successful.I focus on the following:
100 ounces of water per day.
80-100 grams of protein per day.
750-800 calories per day.
60 minutes of exercise per day.
Weighing my portions and
Logging my food and activity.
It feels good to hit somewhat of a milestone. I look forward to continuing to improve my health and well being.
