Hi, I have recently decided to turn my life around and get back into shape like I once was. I would like to start excersizing on a regular basis and lose bodyfat while maintaining and building muscle mass and increasing my overall cardiovascular conditioning.

I would like to network with other individuals on a similar path, in order to support and motivate each other. Sharing ideas and advice, pushing each other to succeed, encouraging one another during the tough spots are all good ideas. Working out as a group is also a great idea since it's more fun, less boring and you get a better workout in.

If any of you fitness professionals out there can offer your expertise, help and support it would be greatly helpful and beneficial to me on this difficult journey. Thank you for reading and I look forward to hearing from all of you.
