I just got my new protein shake mix in the mail today... I have never had a protein shake that tastes like a chocolate milk... What?!?!? Yes, Chocolate MILK!!!! I went on CHIKE.com and had free samples sent to me. I'm in love with the chocolate Bliss Flavor, but I didn't care for the rest of them. I also like that CHIKE.com gives recipes on their site for different ways that you can use the product instead of just putting it in a shake. 2 scoops of the powder =28grams of protein, plus 10 oz. of skim milk totals to- 38grams of protein!!!!I have waited way tooooooo long to start working out, but I just started last night. I did about 30 min. of THE FIRM. I'M HURTING SO MUCH!!!! AAAAHHHHHHHH!!!! lol I could not believe the energy I had today.
I'm bouncy...hehehe
