It's been 7 months since my Lap Band surgery & quite awhile since I've posted, but I have to tell you...this is the BEST decision I've made for myself in a very long time!! Not only have I lost 80.1#'s, but I've done it without even one fill of my band!!! I don't know the how's or why's of this phenomenon, believe me ...I'm just thrilled with the results!!

I saw my surgeon in October, November, December & January. Then he told me not to come back until March, which I did. He was amazed at the progress I had made & told me that apparently, I didn't need a fill yet. He then told me not to come back to see him again until this coming July...unless I felt like I needed my first fill before then. Well, so far, things are still progressing as they have been & maybe I'll be able to wait until July...I don't know...guess I'll just have to wait & see!!

I'm hoping my story empowers others to follow their dreams to a newer, much healthier life!!
