Now I'm 10 lbs. from Goal!

I started this journey at 309 lbs. I had a doctor's visit today & I weighed in at 190 lbs!  I am 10 lbs. from my goal of 180! I have now lost a total of 119 lbs. Needless to say I am very happy with my loss!
