Year One lost 116 lbs

 First year has gone and I have lost 116 lbs. I can not begin to express how this weight loss has changed my life. I can now do so many things I couldnt do before surgery. I can control my bladder.I can get up out of my wheelchair and walk a few steps. I can tie my shoes . My feet have quit swelling. I can wear normal shoes,buy my clothes at the store,and breath so much better. I can do so much for myself that other people use to have to do for me.

This surgery has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. It has given me back my self respect . I was so close to death before and now I feel so wonderful. Life is good.

 Now for one hundred more lbs. I know I will have to work harder to get it off. Im going to stay focused and remumber where I have come from. Thank You Dr Green for giving me my life back.
