My first big goal of 50 pounds was met today! I AM HAPPY.

I had my first fill Friday.  Was not what I was expecting at all.  She only put in 1/2 cc.  Initial stick hurt but ok after needle went in.  I am keeping track of my weight using the Wii Fit, according to it I am down 35 pounds, almost half way there!!

The day of surgery...sore but had enough pain meds, so I was comfortable...was not hungry at all, probably because of the pain meds

Sat. the day after surgery drank too much and felt very nauseated or may have been too much pain med....cut back on the pain medicine.

Sunday, Have only taken pain medicine once and only half dose.  Have a little pain/aching/discomfort.  Starting to hear stomach growling but I am not hungry!

Never in my life have I lifted my shirt so many times to show folks my belly!

I have lost 11 pounds......while waiting for surgery and have been on liquid diet for 5 days now. 

March 24
Went to Dr Moran for pre surgery appt. to find out results of all my test, everything normal.  Paid the remainer of my deductible $411.  and $50 copay for that visit

March 25
Went for PREOP test at hospital, blood pressure too high, will not be able to have surgery if I do not get on something today.   Paid $500 toward out of pocket max.

I got insurance approval today!!!!!

I called WED and we scheduled the surgery for March 27th, still pending approval, hopefully we will have it by then.
