3 Weeks Postop

So today I'm 3 weeks postop! Nothing really different this week since last, just still having a hard time with protein. I completely stopped the carnation, I can't stand it no more. Trying to keep up with all my vitamins, certainly still all new to me (this new lifestyle).

I've been eating yogurts, soups and doing good with my water intake. FYI - Split Pea soup is disgusting! Lots of protein in it, but gross as hell...lol.

I see the nutrition on Friday and will be moved to mushy foods, can't wait! 

Weight loss since surgery: 26lbs
Weight loss since starting program: 45lbs
