2 months Postop Ramblings

Haven't written a blog in awhile, so here goes.....
Today I'm 2 months and alittle over a week out of surgery (10 weeks). I've lost 50lbs since surgery and a total of 40 inches! A total of 69lbs lost since starting my program at UMass. I went from a size 26/28 in tops, to a 18/20 (still got big boobs for now) and a size 24/26 in pants to an 18 (losing all my ass). I couldn't be more happier! I love the way I look, my self esteem has shot thru the roof and everyone has noticed my massive weight loss....family, friends, co-workers. It's nice getting compliments and being praised for my success :)
I'm having a hard time with keeping up with my vitamins. I take some, miss some. I work 10 hour shifts and try to squeeze in more sleep in the morning and then rush to get my kids from school and ready for work. It's frustrating. I wish there was one magic pill that included everything we need to take...lol.
I'm still NEVER HUNGRY, which in one way is awesome, but in another; I need to remember to eat. I was doing good tracking everything in a food journal, and since returning back to work, I don't do it anymore. I was meeting my protein goals (close enough, not 60g though) and now I'm probaby around 45g. I can't find a protein powder or drink I like. Everything I tried makes me sick to my stomach. To date, I haven't dumped on anything nor vomited so I certainly want to keep that up.
I did cheat on Thanksgiving and had a sliver of pumpkin pie. There have been times where I had a teeny peice of birthday cake with a dallop of ice cream and did fine. I know I can't eat a huge peice anymore and I don't dare try. I don't dare challenge myself whether I dump or not. I read labels on everything and don't go over 15g of sugar in one eating episode. I drink Crystal Light like it's Coke Cola and I love Diet Snapple.
I haven't noticed too much hair loss yet, I know it might be coming. Everytime I brush my hair, I do lose some, but nothing out of the ordinary. I plan on buying some biotin and start taking it starting after New Years.
