I have been considering WLS since 2006 and found this site and joined in 2008. It has taken me all these years to talk myself into this surgery. I have been through the seminars countless times and just could'nt bring myself to have surgery. I am scared, but more then ever I need to improve my health and at this point in my life I have tried just about every diet out there. I would welcome anyone who would want to be friends. I know this will be a life style adjustment and I know I need all the encouragement I can get.
