Let's Get Motivated!   Winter Walk Pedometer Challenge 2011   

Length: 6 weeks    Dates:   January 25 - March 7      Weekly Mileage Due: NLT Tuesday evening     
Weekly Results Posting: Thursday   Final Challenge Results Posting: about March 8
Disclaimer: It is your responsibility to only walk as much as your surgeon or physician think is beneficial for you.  

Guidelines:
- Have fun with this!
- Track your daily mileage with pedometer, fitbit or any other mechanism. Wear your pedometer all day.
- There are 4 categories to choose from: 1 Mile, 3 Mile, 5 Mile, Unlimited
- If you want to see "daily" totals for miles, submit your miles to me via PM.
  I will try to post these to my personal OH blog until I can find a better way.
  It is surprising how motivational it is to see a posted table of all participants and their daily totals as the week progresses.

On Tuesday, Jan 25, start tracking the daily miles you walk. 

Send your daily totals to me any time during the week, but at least by Tuesday morning following the week of totals. As I get results, I will update the weekly table and post them on my OH Profile page.  Copy the two lines below "Results Format" and use that as a template to send me your mileage totals.
