Still watching the scale!!

 I will be one month postoperative from the Pose procedure on Dec. 15, 2011.   I go to Metairie for my second weigh in on December 22.  Can't wait to go.  As per my scale I am about 20 pounds down in less than a month.  It is goin so slow but gotta keep up my motivation.  My elliptical is coming in next week so will start exercising.
