Greetings!
Well I've always been a big guy, but it hasn't really bothered me. I'm pretty active, I love to fish, ride 4 wheelers and I am a paramedic and volunteer fire department officer. As I approach 40 my health problems have increased, and my weight is starting to take it's toll on me.
I have looked into gastric bypass for about 5 years, but my insurance never covered it. Being a public servant does not allow the cash flow to just pay for it, so I am waiting patiently. I am now on my wifes insurance, and if I do everything they require, I hope to have my surgery covered and completed by this fall.
FINALLY - light at the end of the tunnel? We shall see!!!
