75 lbs gone!!!!  Oh yea!!
I can't believe I have actually made it this far!  It doesnt seem like it has almost been 6 months since getting banded.
I will be having a really stressful week.  My mother is going to have triply bi-pass surgery on wednesday.  I don't know when I will be able to get on and post again, but when I do, I know it will contain great news about my mom and myself!

I finally hit the 70lb mark!  I have lost 71 lbs so far!!
I cant believe I actually LOST weight over Thanksgiving!  I cant wait until Christmas!

I am going tomorrow morning to get my 5th fill.  My last fill was a good one.  I have had pretty good restriction.
I cant believe I have lost 63 pounds!  I know I have a lot left to go, but I have a good start on it!!
I am so excited that my hair is growing back and is shiny and healthy looking again!

I can't believe it!  My hair is starting to come back!!  I have lots of tiny new hairs starting to stick up.  I was beginning to get worried.  I normally have very thick hair, but over the last 3 months, I have lost about 1/3 of my hair.  I am so excited!

I can't believe it, 61 pounds gone forever!!  My "skinny" pants are now my "fat" pants and are beginning to fall off!!  I am so excited! 
Since getting a fill on Oct. 18, I have lost 14 lbs.  I now know how it feels to only be able to eat a couple of bites of something and be full!!  I will go in on Nov. 19 for my 5th fill.
I LOVE my band!! 

I got my 4th fill today.  I think it was a good one!  I told the Doc to "fill me up"  because I have been eating everything!  He gave me 1 1/2 cc.
Hopefully this will help to get me back on track and start losing again.

I can't believe it has been a month since I posted.  I also can't believe it is October.
September was a very busy month.  Officially I only lost 1 pound for the month of september.  But, considering my mother was in the hospital and had emergency surgery (we almost lost her!) and I lived off of hospital vending machines for a couple of weeks.  I had actually gained 6 pounds, but have now lost it , plus an extra 1 pound.  So, I am looking at Sept. as a victory!! 
Lisa and I went to the "Walk from Obesity" walk that was held in Benbrook TX last Saturday.  We had a great time.  I am hoping to walk again next year, but be a lot lighter and healthier!!
I go in for my 4th fill on Oct. 18.  I can't wait.  I can tell I have some restriction, especially in the mornings.  I cannot eat anything before 11am!

I went to weigh today.  Another 6 pounds gone forever!!  That makes 46 pounds total that I will never see again!!
I feel so much better than I did before getting my lap band.  My edema in my leg is so much better also!!

I cant believe that yesterday, Aug. 13 was my 2 month anniversary of getting banded!  Time is really going by fast!!

I went to a lap band seminar today that was held here in Stephenville.  Lisa and I both went just to see if we found it useful after having the lap band.  It was very interesting to sit there with people that were just starting the process.  They were picking our  brains for information!  After the seminar (which was held by my doctor), I talked with the nurse.  She told both me and Lisa to quit hiding behind our baggy clothes and to buy clothes that fit!!  That was such a good thing to hear!!  I guess I will go buy a new outfit!
